There is a group of patients every clinic struggles to advise: your ovarian reserve is low, but not gone. Using only your own eggs risks another failed cycle. Moving straight to donation feels like giving up on your own biology too soon. A tandem cycle refuses that choice.
Two cycles running side by side
We stimulate your ovaries as in normal IVF. At the same time, a donor matched to your features goes through her own stimulation. On collection day we fertilise both sets of eggs, yours with your partner's sperm and the donor's the same way, and culture both groups of embryos separately, clearly labelled inside our digital verification system.
You decide what happens next
If your own eggs produce healthy embryos, those are transferred first. If they do not, the donor embryos are ready in the same cycle, with no second trip, no months of waiting, and no starting from zero. Whatever remains suitable can be frozen for a future attempt.
