Not a protocol off the shelf
Before we plan anything we read your history properly: previous cycles, lab results, scans, the notes other clinics made. Then our doctors build a protocol around what your body has actually shown, not around whatever worked for the last patient. This sounds obvious. In practice it is the single biggest difference patients notice after failed attempts elsewhere.
Inside the lab
Fertilisation is done by ICSI as standard, where a single selected sperm is injected into each mature egg. Embryos are cultured to blastocyst where possible and assessed daily by embryologists whose competence is certified by ESHRE, Europe's largest reproductive health organisation. We are the only hospital in Cyprus with that certification, and we are glad to be judged on it.
Straight answers about your chances
Our overall success rate is 83 percent, and we publish how that figure is calculated. What matters more is your individual chance, which depends heavily on age and ovarian reserve. If your realistic chance with your own eggs is low, we will say so before you spend money, and explain the alternatives, including a tandem cycle that combines your own eggs with donor eggs in the same attempt.
The schedule
Stimulation and monitoring can be done largely in your own country. The egg collection and transfer bring you to Cyprus for roughly six days. From the first video consultation to the pregnancy test, your coordinator stays with you in your own language.
