Mehmet Fatih Ağaçkanlı completed his undergraduate education at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Süleyman Demirel University in 2009. He continued his academic development with a Master's degree in Histology and Embryology at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, graduating in 2014.
He began his career in embryology in 2015 by completing clinical embryology and laboratory responsibility training at Etlik Zübeyde Hanım Hospital. In the same year, he worked as a Clinical Embryologist at Eurofertil IVF Center. Between 2016 and 2017, he served as a Clinical Embryologist and Laboratory Supervisor at EuroIVF Clinic in Kyrenia, Cyprus.
In 2017, he joined Bahçeci Healthcare Group, where he worked as a Clinical Embryologist at Bahçeci Fulya IVF Center, followed by his role at Bahçeci Ankara IVF Center between 2019 and 2023. Between 2023 and 2025, he worked as a Clinical Embryologist at Gürgan IVF Clinic in Ankara, and from March 2025 to February 2026 he served as a Laboratory Supervisor at Istanbul Eku Brand in Uzbekistan.
He has participated in numerous national and international congresses, seminars, and training programs, and continues his professional development actively.
